TAKE CARE OF YOUR TEETH

Hi, every body this blog is about how to take care of our teeth,just follow some tips and stay away from infections or tooth pains.
It is very important to know how to brush our teeth properly because most of the people are suffering from different types of gum diseases.First of all you must know the techniques how to brush your teeth properly to avoid the infections.Some people assume they loose their teeth as they aged,but that doesn't have to happen if you take care of your tooth.

HOW TO BRUSH YOUR TEETH :


Always use a soft bristled tooth brush if you use hard bristles tooth brushes they will damage your gums leading to gingival.Before going to brush your teeth wet your tooth brush and take a pea amount of tooth paste, hold the tooth brush tilted an angle of 45 degrees towards your gums.when you are brushing your teeth you have to start with the left molar(back) concentrating front surface of the tooth. Move the brush in a circular motion and you have to do it for minimum two minutes.Use powered tooth brushes they will remove plaque and debris better than manual brushes floss your teeth at least two times a week to remove plaque between your teeth.



TIPS FOR HEALTHY TEETH :



1.Brush your tooth daily once or twice,to prevent bleeding and infections.


2.Drink plenty of water daily.Don't eat all the times leave at least 2-3 hours between meals or snacks.This allows acid level in the mouth to fall and gives saliva a chance to counter act the effect of acid and repair tooth enamel.


3.Do not chew hard things as this may lead to weakening of teeth.


4.Do not ignore the gums that bleed while brushing.Do not use tobacco products because they can increase the risk of gum diseases and cancer of the throat and mouth.


5.Don't use any own ideas to avoid pains and infections it is better to consult an dental doctor.


6.Floss your teeth every day learn how to floss your teeth properly and keep your teeth healthy.Flossing helps get rid of food that is hidden in your mouth.


7.Eat a nutritious and balanced diet.With out the right nutrients your teeth and gums are more prone to decay and gum disease.


8.It is important that every one maintains their calcium intake through out life calcium helps us keep strong bones and teeth.


9.Visit your dentist immediately if any gum or infection problems occurs,don't take it light this will give problems to your health.


10.Eat an healthy and vitamin soft foods to get your tooth healthy.
